Dr.  Phan is certified by the American Board of Family Physician. He has been practicing family medicine in the San Gabriel area since 1999. Dr. Phan sees patients as young as a few days old to a few patients in their late 90's.  

Dr. Phan graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor degree in Cybernetics.  He attended the State University of New York at Brooklyn for his medical degree. He did his family practice residency at the Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in San Bernardino County.  

Dr. Phan is fluent in English, Vietnamese, Cantonese, and Mandarin.  He also speaks a fair amount of Spanish.

Dr. Phan admits patients to Alhambra Medical Center and Garfield Medical Center.  He also cares for patients at  many local nursing homes and rehabilitation facilities. 

Dr. is currently serving his second term as the Chairman of the Quality Improvement Committee at the Alhambra Medical Center.
