Dr.  Phan has been practicing family medicine in the San Gabriel area since 1999. He went to UCLA for his Bachelor degree in Cybernetics.  He attended the State University of New York at Brooklyn for his medical degree. Dr. Phan did his family practice residency training at the Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in San Bernardino County.  He is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice.  Dr. Phan is fluent in English, Vietnamese, Cantonese, and Mandarin.  He also speaks a fair amount of Spanish.

Currently Dr. Phan is serving as the Chairman of the Medicine Department at Alhambra Medical Center.  He is admitting patients at the Alhambra Medical Center, San Gabriel Valley Medical Center and Garfield Medical Center.  He also takes care of patients at many of the local Nursing Homes and Rehabilitation centers.
